Based in the HQ in Madrid, the Corporate Legal Specialist will provide legal advice on corporate operations, including contract drafting, compliance, and risk management for international markets. Proficiency in English is required.
 
Main Responsabilities:
  • Draft, negotiate, and enforce contracts related to clean and renewable energy assets in Spain and other international markets, including corporate matters and new developments/acquisitions.
  • Handle legal procedures for formalizing agreements from the board of directors and shareholders.
  • Review and negotiate shareholder agreements.
  • Prepare shareholder registers, meeting minutes, and file all documents with the commercial registry.
  • Coordinate and communicate between international and national offices.
  • Manage communications with the Commercial Registry and Notary.
  • Provide legal support for various commercial transactions, including due diligence, joint development, EPC contracts, PPAs, and other purchase agreements.
  • Assist in drafting and managing corporate documentation for the Board of Directors and shareholder meetings.
  • Report any legal risks related to operations, management, claims, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with Technical, Financial, and Tax departments on legal reports and analyses.
  • Assist with due diligence steps for required third parties.
  • Manage relationships with external legal advisors.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
Tu perfil
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Legal Firm or in the Renewables Industry.
 
Required skills:
  • Law degree required. Master's degrees focused on Corporate Law, Energy Business, M&A, or similar areas are highly valued.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Detailed oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and teamwork ability.
  • Professional fluency in English is a MUST.

Your mission
