Your mission

To support the IT Systems area in basic end-user computing (desktop support) tasks and user assistance, contributing to the proper functioning of workstations and the resolution of first-level technical incidents.

What do we need your help with?
  • Provide first-level technical support (Level 1) to users.
  • Resolve basic incidents related to:
    • Workstation hardware.
    • Standard software and corporate applications.
  • Install and configure:
    • Computer equipment (desktops and laptops).
    • Peripherals (monitors, printers, keyboards, mice, docking stations, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver workstations for new hires.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance tasks for IT equipment.
  • Log, track, and document incidents and service requests.
  • Support IT asset and equipment inventory management.
  • Escalate incidents to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Become familiar with internal approval procedures, collaborating in the management and processing of requests to designated stakeholders.
  • Provide occasional support in other IT Systems tasks as required by service needs.

Your profile

Education
Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) or Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Microcomputer Systems and Networks (SMR)
  • Network Systems Administration (ASIR)
  • Computer Engineering / Computer Science
Experience: No previous experience required.

Desirable Basic Knowledge
  • Windows operating systems.
  • Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Workstation hardware (desktops, laptops, and peripherals).
  • Basic networking concepts (LAN and Wi-Fi).
  • Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office).
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Use of ticketing or IT support tools.
  • Basic command-line knowledge:
    • CMD and PowerShell.
    • Linux Terminal.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.
