Accountant Intern

Your mission

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing the company’s financial accounts, including recording, analyzing, and reporting accounting transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations. It also involves supporting account reconciliations, internal and external audits, and the implementation of financial controls to enable effective management of financial resources.

Your profile

Duties

  • Processing vendor invoices.

  • Recording expenses.

  • Managing bank statements, invoices, journal entries, and cost breakdowns.

  • Preparing payment batches.

  • Recording and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded.

  • Creating and updating vendor data.

  • Performing daily reconciliations and reviewing documentation, issuing alerts in case of discrepancies.

  • Filing vendor invoices, expense records, bank statements, and other documentation.

  • Participating in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Skills

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Advanced level of MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Knowledge of SAP FI is a plus.

  • No prior experience required.
