What do we need your help with?
- Prepare, develop, and communicate information regarding the importance of the Compliance Policy Framework; obtain employees’ acknowledgment and approval confirming that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the company’s compliance policies.
- Monitor and implement updates by identifying key legal and regulatory changes, proposed regulations, and emerging issues relevant to Elawan.
- Review and update the Compliance Manual annually to reflect evolving risks, business developments, and changes in applicable laws and regulations. Draft and implement policies and procedures focused on risk prevention and mitigation across the group.
- Manage and respond to KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements from financial institutions and external companies with which the organization conducts business.
- Manage sensitive internal company information, establishing guidelines and controls for its proper handling and protection.
- Oversee and manage reports and incidents received through the various communication and whistleblowing channels established within the group, ensuring alignment with the group’s whistleblowing and hotline policies.
